1. Acceptance

By using Voxly, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description

Voxly is an AI-powered learning platform that converts documents, videos, and topics into audio podcasts, quizzes, and flashcards. Available on iOS, Android, and Web.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information
You must be at least 13 years old
You are responsible for your account security

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Upload content you don't have the right to use
Upload copyrighted material without authorization
Attempt to reverse engineer our services
Use the Service for illegal purposes
Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

5.1 Your content

You retain ownership of uploaded documents. By uploading, you grant Voxly a limited license to process your content to provide the Service.

5.2 Community library

When sharing AI-generated derivative content:

You confirm you have the right to share such content
You grant other users a non-exclusive license to access it
Raw documents are never shared — only AI-generated derivatives

5.3 Copyright (DMCA)

⚠️ We do not store or share your original documents with other users. Only AI-generated derivative content may appear in the community library.

To report copyright infringement: dmca@voxly.app — We respond within 48 hours.

6. Subscriptions & Credits

6.1 Free tier

Limited daily generations with advertisements.

6.2 Paid subscriptions

Billed through the App Store or Google Play. Cancellation and refund policies governed by the respective platform.

6.3 Voxly Credits

Earned by contributing UGC content
Non-transferable, no monetary value
Expire 12 months after earning if unused
100 credits = 7 days Pro access

7. Intellectual Property

The Voxly application, brand, and technology are owned by Voxly. AI-generated content is provided for personal educational use and may not be commercially resold without permission.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". VOXLY DOES NOT GUARANTEE accuracy of AI-generated content, uninterrupted availability, or fitness for any particular exam. Voxly is a learning aid, not a substitute for official study materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOXLY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.

11. Changes

We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
